Maintaining Optimal Performance

To maintain the optimal beauty and performance of your SALT Mineral Beauty products, we recommend replacing your makeup every 3-12 months, as recommended on product packaging. The frequency with which you replace your makeup will vary by product. SALT Mineral Beauty will not be held liable for damage caused due to misuse or neglect on behalf of the user.

Distribution & Retail Sales

At SALT Mineral Beauty, we value a business model that is based on our sales and support directly to the user. Because of that, we strictly prohibit the resale of our products by any distributor or retailer through their website or storefront to the general public without prior written consent from SALT Mineral Beauty. Should a business be found offering such sales without consent, SALT Mineral Beauty reserves the right to deny all future sales to the offending business.

Governing Law

Terms will be governed by the laws of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law provisions. With respect to any disputes not subject to the dispute resolution procedures set forth above, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts located in Marion County, Indiana and the federal courts located in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Claim Limitations
